The College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is committed to the continuous improvement of climate, diversity and equity. The college’s three overarching diversity goals are to build individual and organizational capacity; to enhance College climate and to further integrate diversity in all areas of the College; and to systematically evidence and benchmark progress toward CEHD strategy and goal attainment.
