Directory Photos
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting changes to on-campus protocols, all previously scheduled directory shoots are canceled, pending further discussions about how to conduct them safely and efficiently. We hope to resume directory shoots soon, and will announce new requirements and instructions as available.
At this time, directory photo shoots are available for FULL TIME FACULTY AND STAFF ONLY. They are held every other month on alternating Mondays and Tuesdays (and mornings and afternoons) in room 431 of Harrington tower. Sessions are first-come, first-served, at any time in the allotted hour time slot, and must be scheduled in advance. If possible, please avoid navy shirts/jackets as these may blend into the backdrop (which is also navy) or small, tight patterns on your clothing.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an automated confirmation email after scheduling your headshot. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY COMMUNICATION YOU WILL RECEIVE AND WILL ACT AS CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
