What We Do


Technology Services manages the IT resources of the School of Education and Human Development and provides support for the use of those resources to SEHD faculty, staff and students.

Procedural Changes During COVID-19

Technology Services will not accept walk-ins for the foreseeable future.

  • Please call 845-1111 or submit a request for technology requests and/or issues.
  • Individual staff can also be contacted via e-mail or slack.
  • Individual office doors will be closed until further notice.

Gloves will be worn at all times when working on equipment that is assigned to our end users.

  • Meetings will be conducted via phone or Zoom.
  • In person meetings for hardware deliveries will be scheduled and social distancing will be practiced during these interactions.
  • General meetings, discussions, and consultations will be scheduled through Bookafy.

  • Package delivery follows established Dean’s Office package delivery policy.
  • If a package arrives on the 4th floor that is meant to be delivered elsewhere:
    • Staff will work to contact the intended recipient asking them to schedule a time on Bookafy to come collect their package.
    • Door will be promptly relocked after package collection.
